Today we went to a really cool park. Saint Edward. There's a huge playground for the kids. Then we hiked down to the lake and the kids put their feet in the water despite how cold it was!
405 - Exit 20A (Heading towards the water) That road becomes NE Juanita drive and you follow it about 6 miles. Around 5 miles in there is a subway we stopped at to pick up lunch. There are signs for St. Edwards. It was GREAT!
My blog title comes from a poem I wrote at a time when I was feeling lost. Here's a little snippet:
Someday I'll have courage to spread my wings. Someday I'll run fast and try new things. Someday I will soar. Someday I'll accept help from a friend. Someday I'll give what I've got to lend. Someday I will soar. Someday I'll learn things I can then teach. Someday I'll grasp what's just out of reach. Someday I will soar. Today I woke up and decided, somehow, my someday would start right here, right now. Today I will open my mouth and roar, because today is the someday I will soar.

I started a photoblog earlier this year, if you click on this pic it will take you there. But because I'm not going to post a new picture each day, I'm moving away from the photoblogging and putting my favorite pics on this blog.
